K-tips are attached to the hair similarly but utilize direct heat to melt the keratin to get attached to the natural hair. They can last up to 4 months properly taken care of. They can not be reused after they are detached from your hair.

They can be reused up to 5 times with proper care. Micro-link hair extensions give you instant length and volume without damaging hair. As Keratin Extensions, micro-links are great for fine, compromised hair.
Tape-In Hair Extensions
These hair extensions are one of the most popular hair extension techniques because they offer natural-looking hair and feel lightweight on your head—and they don't move around. Tape-ins last up to 6 weeks with regular maintenance, then you're on your way to having hair that looks and feels like your own. Tape-in hair extensions can be reused up to 3 times if they are cared for properly.
Weft Hair Extensions, Hand Tied Hair Extensions
As the most common hair extensions, a weft is applied by sewing them onto hair. These hair extensions can last for up to 6 months with regular maintenance.
